History

In 1999, three forward looking young men formed our company. Mark Mason, President, was one of them. He said at the time, “We want to provide good parts on time…that doesn’t sound like a huge secret or anything, but not everybody does it. We will.”

Over simplistic? Naive? Maybe. But in our short time in business, we’ve grown from a one injection molding shop to over 40 plastic-molding machines, from a handful of employees to over 120, from a tiny garage space to a 165,000 ft2 plant. Something’s going right. We provide plastic parts to the top auto makers, furniture manufacturers, recreation industry, construction, and appliance manufacturers in the United States.

We use robotic automation, two shot molding, insert molding, laser cutting, sonic welding, and just plain know how. These innovations save time and money. Your money. 80% of our machines are robotic. We’ve designed many of our robotics to meet specific needs and do it “in house.”

We are fanatics about quality. Our robots sense, pull, and drop out a bad part before it gets to you. We don’t have many in the reject bin after a days run… and we don’t pass ’em on.

One thing Mark said a decade ago about starting a new business, “Don’t be scared…be smart.”
